SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

As a Spiritual Director, my role is to hold space and help facilitate an awareness of what God is up to in your life. I came to spiritual direction when the floorboards of my faith fell away. I found it life-changing to sit with a director in sacred space and to be able to ask the big existential questions. ​

I trained at Denver Seminary, receiving a certificate in Spiritual Direction in the summer of 2026. Whether you are a wounded worship leader, a minister on the brink of burnout, or someone needing a sacred place to be still, to ask, wonder, laugh, or cry in the presence of a trained individual, I would be honored to accompany you.​

Sessions are $75 an hour, and typically we will meet once a month. However, if finances are a deterrent, please do not let it stop you from exploring. A sliding scale is available for those who can use some support in this area. I like to begin with a complimentary connection, so we can mutually discern if it feels like a match.

Sessions can be in person in Denver, CO, or virtual via Google Meet.
